Useful Information

Wear comfortable clothing before coming to the session.
I advise you to not smoke 1 hour prior to the session. Otherwise, the breaths you take will work to remove the toxins only.
Do not consume alcohol before coming to the session.
You should neither be too hungry nor too full. Eat something light.

First session lasts for 2-2.5 hours.
Following sessions last 1.5-2 hours.

The first session includes icebreaker, giving information about breath therapy and the breathing session, setting an intention and the breath therapy.
The following sessions include talking, setting an intention, and breath therapy.

Breathing session is a lie-down practice.
During the session breathing in and out is done through the mouth.
45 minutes of the session is active breathing and the last 15 minutes is the meditative breathing.
In total, the breathing session lasts for an hour.
During the session the therapist applies pressure on the acupuncture meridian points. This is done to enable the flow of breathing.
In some parts of the session sound healing is used. It is very useful for the body to relax.
During the session affirmations are given by the therapist. These help the subconscious to be reprogrammed in a positive way.
Eyes are kept shut throughout the session.
No talking during the actual breathing session.

Breath therapy can be applied to people of all ages: babies, kids, teenagers, adults, pregnant women and old people. The aim is to regain/remember the breathing pattern we once had at infancy. For this reason, it is suitable for everyone.
You do not need to have a problem. Yet 80-90% of people use only 30% of their respiratory capacity so the first and the main goal is to activate the breathing and return to the state it was in at infancy . For this reason, it is relevant to everyone.
It can be applied to people who want to lose weight, have insomnia, respiratory problems like asthma & coah, arrhythmia, problems with digestive and excretory systems.
It is very effective in major depression, migraine, panic attack, and addictions (tobacco, alcohol and drugs) It can be applied to people who have anaerobic diseases like cancer.

During the breath therapy sessions, the breathing technique employed involves the counselee breathing in deep and long breaths and breathing out naturally in a relaxed manner. Breathing is continuous. In this way, we get the oxygen and the life force to the fullest. The life force has the power to clear/transform the suppressed feelings and thoughts. The transformation is permanent. With this, you start to understand yourself at a deeper level and consider your own needs so the inner peace prevails.
Controlled breathing techniques are useful in different areas. There are some breathing techniques used in yoga, and some others used in pilates and meditation. Some calm the mind, some help your conscious to go on higher levels.
Just applying a single breathing technique does not count as a therapy.

There is no side-effects of taking frequent breathing sessions. Breathing means life. To have frequents sessions speeds up the process of activating the restricted breathing patterns and allows the breathing patterns and feelings to transform faster, leading to a quicker healing process.
Generally speaking, a session per week is adequate.

I would recommend you to start with a seven session package. For the breathing to be activated several sessions are needed. There are different breathing patterns. Some need more sessions whereas some don’t. To be able to see a difference minimum of 7 sessions are needed. You can also come to the sessions one by one without buying a package.

We all organize our lives according to our appointments. A preparation is done to have a proper welcoming for you. I kindly ask you to be regardful with the appointment date and time. If you wish to cancel, you are free to do so of course. My request would be to cancel/postpone the latest 24 hours prior to the session. If the cancellation is not done before 24 hours then the fee for the session should be paid.
